Is Bitcoinera.net a scam?

It's where you deposit Bitcoins and earn a monthly 6% interest. Please give researched answers. Please don't say you presume it's a scam, you have to be sure.

I don't think there is enough evidence out there to definitively say it is a scam, but in paying 6% per month in interest it fits the pattern of a ponzi or hyip scheme. Hopefully people won't be stupid enough to create definitive evidence they are a scam by being defrauded there.

There are a number of ways this could end up as a scam including the clause in their terms where they claim they can just close up shop and run with the money. I also don't see any ways that this site could be legitimate.

I did some research, and from the Agreement it seems the website can be terminated "in any moment" without announcing it first, at least it's what it's written there. There are no real legal statements inside the terms. It is too good to be true in my opinion.

I did a whois lookup for this site Bitcoinera.net here WhoisXY.com Here i got formatted information. Then i have searched some reviews in Google finally i saw some reviews here Scamadviser.com i got this message "High Trust Rating. This Site Looks Safe To use." and here Webutation.net i got 100% web reputation. With these I think it is legit only.If you are satisfied with these reviews you can go with them.
